Very rare and beautiful minimalist light sculpture, artisan crafted by the exclusive Galerie Oxar, Paris in 1973. Galerie Oxar commissioned a small series of light sculptures during the early 1970s produced by artisans in very limited quantities. Each lamp in this series featured a sculptural form , chromed wire lattice structure supported on a polished stainless steel base hiding the light source (E27 screw in fitting) , the chromed wire lattice structure when lit from below creates a wonderfully complex interplay of light, reflection and shadow from a seemingly simple pure minimalist form.
