Helen Orman Art
Helen Belton Orman's life ended suddenly at a gas station in the Rice Village area in Houston one day when someone shot her. She was a teacher at Houston Community College, and she studied at the Glassell School of Art at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston. She received her BA and MFA degree from the University of North Carolina. She worked with various materials including watercolor and collages.
