The painting depicts a true to life painted houseplant. Probably its a Dracaena Lemon White Stripe in a large silver pot. The surrounding 'frame' is painted in fresh blue, white and yellow colours, Mondriaan style. Metz en Co was a department store in Amsterdam founded in 1740. Interior designer Jac.
