It is signed lower left 'Jean Rigaud' and is also signed, titled and dated verso.
Beautifully painted with heavy impasto.
It has a beautiful vintage modernist frame by Alexander Lazuk Frames, Cold Spring Harbor, NY. The frame size is H 23.75” x W 33.75”.
The condition of the painting and frame are excellent.
Rigaud's work is widely collected and he has works in numerous museums.
He had over 50 one-man-shows during his lifetime.
