Everything about this dress and jacket says 1930's except for the fantastic quality of workmanship and the excellent condition of the outfit. Inspired by the 1930's this bias cut silk chiffon dress has a round neckline, cap sleeves, a raised Empire waist, hook and eye closure at the center back and two belts. There is a matching long chiffon belt as well as a narrow belt with a period clasp. The pistachio green silk slip underneath follows the lines of the dress perfectly.
