Superb full set of six Art Nouveau 'Lucca Liquor' glasses designed by Koloman Moser and made by Meyr's Neffe; a pair each in green, pink and blue - each are marked with a circular shield saying Lucca Liquors and the date 1900. The pink glass shields are outlined in gold the other two pairs are filed in in gold. Koloman Moser was possibly the greatest designer of the late 19th and early 20th century. He frequently appears in major exhibition and this is one of his most famous designs. At its peak (circa 1875) Meyr's Neffe was probably the biggest and best art glass house in the world, with, at one time, eight large scale factories to its name.
