A Murle Bennett Art Nouveau 9 karat yellow gold amethyst bracelet A finely crafted 9 karat yellow gold bracelet of eleven articulated swirling segments each set to its centre with an oval cut amethyst of deep purple colour, for a total weight of 4.18 carats. Signed 'MB&Co' stamped 9ct The bracelet is secured with a push piece clasp together with an additional safety chain. Dimensions: 7.5 inches 0.7cm wide Condition Overall the condition of the bracelet is very good, with some slight abrasions to the surface of the gold in keeping with its general age. An exceptional, fine and impressive antique Art Nouveau 4.76 carat turquoise and 15 karat yellow gold pendant; part of our diverse antique jewelry and estate jewelry collections. This fine and impressive antique pendant has been crafted in 15k yellow gold. The feature pierced decorated, Art Nouveau style drop is ornamented with a collet set turquoise panel to the centre, accented with overlayed scrolling and vertical pale wirework. The lower border of the design supports two articulating chains, each incorporating an independently collet set cabochon cut turquoise to the terminal. The feature setting suspends via a yellow gold fancy chain, composed of alternating bar and arrays of trace links. The turquoise pendant is hallmarked with the maker's mark for Murrle Bennett & Co (MBCo)* and 15k gold mark (15CT). This impressive antique Art Nouveau pendant is supplied with an IDGL gemstone grading report card. * The jewelry manufacturers Ernst Murrle and J.B Bennett operated as Siegele & Bennett from 1884 advertising themselves as 'manufacturers and importers of British and Foreign jewelry'; importing pieces from Pforsheim as this was Murrle's origin. In 1896 they administered Murrle Bennet & Co until 1914 when the firm was purchased and continued trade in London under the name White Redgrove & Whyte. Finished with a pear shaped periodot drop of 0.74 carats approximately. The pendant features an integrated cable link chain with lengths of both 17 and 19 inches depending on the desired fit through two bolt ring fittings.
