By Joseph Nicolosi, Roman Bronze Works

I recognized it was Charles Atlas before looking at the inscription on the front of the base bearing his name. Charles Atlas was such an iconic figure of my youth. We all wanted to look like him. He was handsome, and his body was godlike. He was everywhere, magazines, television and any place out in the public view. He was the original body builder, and was coaxing young men to follow his advice and no longer be a 97 pound weakling. Just read his book, follow his training advice, and you too could look like that. He was showing off his body well into the 1950s. If you are not a baby boomer (born after 1960), I suggest you look him up on your computer.
