Rare full set of 8 Palafitte Vases by Sabattini 1992 - from his own collection
By Lino Sabattini, Sabattini Argenteria
Located in Milan, IT
This rare set is complete with all elements of the Palafitte series, created by Sabattini in 1992. The Palafitte vases are decorative, amusing and original: each one consist of a silver-plated brass base that supports, as in the case of stilt houses("palafitte" in Italian), one or more elements above the 'ground' level. The vases are made of blown Murano glass. Each base is marked Sabattini.
These colourful, variegated vases are well suited to the decorative needs of the most elegant, as well as the most whimsical, environments. The 8 vases offered here come from the personal collection of Lino Sabattini, creator of the brand.
