Artist
Tamara Aladin (Hamina Finland 1932 – Hamina Finland 2019) was a Finish designer, most known for her Art-glas designed for the Riihimäki Riihimäen glassworks. She attended the Aalto University School of Arts, Design and Architecture in the mid-1950s. Aladin designed more than 150 different designs for Riihimäki between 1957 and 1976. Once Finlands largest glassworks, Riihimäki Riihimäen stopped the production of art glass in 1976 and was forced to close doors in 1990.
