The "Fog" coffee table is an exploration of both wood and metal joinery in which the lines and joints are kept simple and open to the eye of the beholder. A frame of plasma cut steel plates mortised into wood rectangles. The plate steel is jointed and welds hidden before hand sanding a grain into the surface and sealing.
