These iron arms are fully handmade with curved scrolling iron structure, decorated with elegant gilt wrought iron acanthus leaves and gildwood balls and bobeches..
Good age related condition, the six arms have the same shape and structure but slightly different sizes, with minor losses, missing giltwood balls in four of item. The gilding of the arms is in good condition, excellent feature in case of their use as sconces, overturning the irons compared to their original use. Some small lacks in the leaves of the crowns of the bobeches, as visible in the picture details. Northern Italy, 1700.

From Italy Rome, a unique Louis XIV Pair of 1700s Italian Giled Terracotta Frames, they are almost a pair of similar form and age but with slight differences. The two lovely small oval frames were probably made for framing oval miniatures, they are empty now, come from a private Italian collection and can be used as mirrors. They are in good condition consistent with age, they are older than 300 years, with old restorations and minor losses in a few curls and small felures. See, closed-up picture details. 20th Century Italian Bronze Inkwell with Bull Heads and Putti Embracing Lion
Located in Milano, MI
From Italy an early 20th century bronze inkwell resting on a double circular marble base, in black marble and Italian Alpi green marble. The body of the inkwell has a tripod base with taurine legs decorated by alternating masks of putti, grapes and and bulls’ heads.
The cover is surmounted by the figure of an angel embracing a lion. Garlands of flowers and human masks throughout the basement.
The ink glass is missing.
In good condition with a beautiful patina.
