Leonardo Secchi Lady Sitting With Dog 1942 dark patina earthenware casting depicts a woman sitting on a chair over an oriental rug as she lovingly embraces and cuddles her dog. The casting sits atop a black veined marble base with minimal chipping. On the back in the border of the rug we find Leonardo Secchi's signature 42 engraved in cursive.
In good shape. The marble base alone measures 2 x 40 x 28.5 cm. The bronze alone measures 34.5 - 34 x 23.2 cm
