DJDS – Dorothee Junkin Design Studio is an award-winning design studio led by Dorothee Junkin and is based in Brooklyn, New York. Dorothee’s background as a classically trained architect combined with her passion for residential architecture and diverse experience in interior design enable her to see spaces in their entirety as well as to note and balance every detail in the context of its surroundings. Drawing from Dorothee’s international perspective on design and distinct aesthetic sensibility as well as following a meticulous and methodical implementation, DJDS designs homes with and for their future inhabitants that respond to their owner’s individual needs and aspirations, are thoughtfully balanced, often unique and always practical.
