Elegant Designs, Inc. was established in 2004 by Kelsie Hornby, CID, ASID. This is a small design firm capable of doing all types and sizes of projects. Kelsie is based in Virginia and has done projects coast to coast from VA Beach, Virginia to Los Angeles, California.

Residential projects preferred. She has worked in all styles of design, with a specialization in Art Deco interiors. Received 3 Interior Design Excellence awards fro VA ASID and VA/WVA IIDA and has served as a judge for the Richmond Parade of Homes.
