Encino CA Residence

This residence is a second home to a client from the east coast. It affords warmth, luxury, comfort and entertainment space to the retired couple who like to visit children that live in the area. The home was originally built in the 1940's and remodeled completely in 2017-18. The black and white base palette provided a perfect canvas upon which to build. The formal living room is reminiscent of a London lounge of the Art Deco period. Key areas are the extra island built in the family entertaining area and the media room featuring black out window treatments and comfortable leather reclining seating. His and her offices as well as a dedicated scrabble room are also key to suiting the family lifestyle.
