About Lynnette Reid Interior Design
We are set up to handle large-scale projects that require architectural detailed drawings and elevations. In this process we source and developed all the necessary specifications, such as hard surfaces, plumbing, cabinetry, hardware, mantles and all necessary and attached building specifications for all interior surfaces. We often collaborate in this phase with the architect and contractor as part of the design team to ensure the proper framing and building requirements.
As a secondary service, we offer the complete design and sourcing of all furnishings, which include window and floor treatments, furniture, linens, lighting fixtures and so on. By working with the client in this process we create a budget and timeline to acquire all furnishings, ship and store them until the date of installation.
We believe our projects must meet the demands of our clients’ lifestyles while invoking a feeling that represents who they are.
A key part of this process is getting to know our clients individually, and developing a concept that reflects not only who they are day-to-day, but other pertinent factors of the project, such as timeline, budget and overall concerns.
