About Susie Atkinson
Susie Atkinson has a design studio in Parsons Green, South West London. Having completed the Interior Design course at the Inchbald, Susie went on to work with Chester Jones for a couple of years until she established her own business. Today Susie and her team work on both residential and commercial projects in the UK and abroad. Recently completed projects include Lime Wood Hotel, a beautiful Queen Anne townhouse, a 1930s motor yacht and some cottages in the Hebrides. She is currently working on a project in the Caribbean.
Susie uses her experience and broad knowledge honed over many years to create spaces that are inviting, timeless and indulge all of our senses. Her style is welcoming and aims to create environments that people want to spend time in. She focuses on balancing colour, pattern and natural materials using workshops and artisans that she has develop relationships with over many years. Understanding a client’s dreams and aspirations, collaborating with them and creating interiors that are timeless and personal is at the heart of her design philosophy.
