William R. Eubanks’ name is synonymous with refined, classic and timeless interior design. At the mention of his name, one envisions a comfortable but timeless decoration of sumptuous silk and damask fabrics, period antiques of Great Britain and the European continent, rich jewel-tone colors, Flemish tapestries, Old Master paintings, fine porcelains, and exotic carpets. He is also equally comfortable working in styles ranging from transitional to modern. Combining individual client’s tastes with beauty, functionality, and comfort is the hallmark of William R. Eubanks Interior Design. Eubanks has acquired a loyal clientele, including celebrities and dignitaries.
Eubanks has been named in New York’s "Quest 400" and in Florida’s Palm Beach Society 500 for making considerable contributions to society. In 2007 Eubanks established the William R. Eubanks Distinguished Lecture Series in Interior Design at the University of Memphis as well as the James Weaver Scholarship in Interior Design. William R. Eubanks participates in charitable events in many venues, including Palm Beach Found Care, Palm Beach Best Buddies, Los Angeles "Veranda" Presents the Great Houses: Greystone, and the Palm Beach Red Cross Designer Show Houses. Eubanks received the inaugural “Star of Design” award from the Design Center of the Americas. He also served as the Keynote Speaker for the Opening Ceremonies of Market Week at the Dania Design Center of the Americas for "Veranda" magazine and again for "Shelter" magazine. Eubanks has been named one of the top fifty designers in the United States by Elements of Living and was included in the interior design textbook by Dr. Frank Koe, "Fabric for the Designed Interior". William R Eubanks received the prestigious Robert I. Ballinger Award in 2016 for the renovation and decoration of Pelican House in Regents' Park. This award commemorates a restoration that best exemplifies the traditions of Palm Beach’s original houses and the architects who designed them.
Named the “Dean of Décor” by Palm Beach Society, Eubanks’ award-winning work has been featured in national and international publications, including "Great Designers of the World", "Great Homes of Tennessee", "Veranda", "Southern Accents", "Quest", "InStyle", "Palm Beach Illustrated", "Florida Design", "Mid-South Magazine", and "Showcase of Interior Design" among others.
