A tall and exceptional Maltese art glass decanter and stopper with a brown abstract swirl design made at Mdina and designed by Michael Harris in the early 1970’s. The hand-blown glass decanter is of tall cylindrical shape with a slight widening at the top and with a narrow pinched neck and wide top rim with an original fitted large ball shaped stopped sitting in the recess. The vase has a brown swirl running around the body of the carafe and set against a yellow ground with a similar design to the stopper.
