The central scene is painted with a slightly off-center table with a vase filled with flowers and a large parrot perched on the branches. Several flying bugs can be seen around the flowers. To the left is a gardener with two watering pots at his feet. The whole in a puce, yellow and green palette. The top is surmounted with a blue shell pierced with a suspension hole. The exterior rim of the plaque in blue.
Dimensions: 8 7/8 inches high x 9 3/4 inches x 1/2 inch depth.
