We acquired this directly from the Swiss Consulate in Cambridge, MA.
Finished on all sides in USM's light grey powder-coated steel cabinets within the distinctive Fritz Haller and Paul Schearer designed chrome ball and rod architectural framework.
Originally designed 1963 and continuously manufactured for nearly 60 years. USM is the Belgian slipper of modular storage furniture.
The upper left and right cabinets have pull-down doors with open storage space with chromed USM locking hardware.
Below these are two pull out file drawers complete with file hangers and USM locking hardware.
In between the two sets of grey steel and one over the other are two clear glass cabinets...
