About the Item

Large rectangular modern country style working desk / dining table in solid pine. Handcrafted by a French cabinetmaker in the early 1900s. This table has a strong impression, nice chunky curved legs and visible dowels showing great craftsmanship. A fine decorative brutalist desk that will complement many interior styles. A modern, Scandinavian or an Art Deco home decor. "Modern French Country style incorporates wood and patina finishes, inviting imperfections, tons of character, and curves galore. The style as a whole plays with vintage elements while still feeling clean, intentional, and warm".
