Vintage watermelon tourmaline bangle bracelet in 18kt yellow gold, 1970s. This bangle is composed of two halves, each with eight unevenly-shaped rectangular sections in textured yellow gold, arbitrarily flush-set throughout with 14 tablet-cut watermelon tourmalines of a pink core and green outer color. This jewel is triply secured with a click-shut clasp and two safety catch fittings. It is a bold statement piece that will not only compliment but make your look – and it will surely be a head-turner! Tourmalines: 14 stones; tablet-shape; watermelon tourmaline, with pink and green colors (assessed). Dimensions: approximately 19.0cm (inner circumference); 5.8cm (vertical length). Gross weight: 161.42g. Unidentified mark “W3” or “EM”; tested as 18kt gold, not marked. This item is in good condition, with marks and scratches consistent with general age and wear.
