When our young clients purchased a new build nestled in Bel Air, they knew they wanted to make the 8,000 sq ft estate a family home that felt distinct, personal, and timeless. Lucky for everyone, the residence was still in the midst of construction and since hardly any finish materials had yet seen install, it was the perfect moment for us to interrupt the process. Working closely with our homeowner clients and teaming up with the real estate development team (a first for us!), we worked swiftly (like 8 months swiftly) to pivot what was essentially a developer’s project into something more personal, saturating the beautiful, detailed bones of the home with the most delightfully satisfying color palette, show-stopping surfaces, gorgeous light fixtures, and a rich collection of both new and vintage furnishings.
