This family envisioned a home highlighting the natural beauty of the ocean for generations to come. The minimalist Asian aesthetic complements the mid-century architecture as seen in the custom pendant lights that resemble contemporary Japanese lanterns. In the living room, a mirrored wall captures the reflection of the water, and the floating bench provides extra seating while allowing visibility of the landscape and exterior vistas. Throughout the interiors, bold oranges, yellows, greens, bronze finishes, and nuanced textures punctuate the warm neutral color palette.
