City Loft
Family Home by Shantam Interiors in Edmonton, CA
City Loft is a complete transformation of a challenging urban loft, developed over more than two years as a highly personal, detail-driven interior. The project combines custom millwork, bespoke furniture, sculptural lighting, natural stone, leather, brass and richly textured surfaces to create a home that feels warm, refined and entirely individual.
Throughout the residence, many elements were designed specifically for the space. A leather-wrapped door with custom hardware, hand-finished millwork, carved wood, inlaid furniture and layered lighting contribute to the sense of craft. The result is a contemporary interior shaped as much by material and making as by layout and function.
