Dentwood

The Dentwood residence is a 1950’s ranch-style home that underwent numerous additions before the client’s purchased the property. Upon acquiring the residence the family redecorated and enjoyed the home and grounds (1.25 sloping acres bordered by a creek on three sides) for many years. In 2009 they grew restless for a new home but were reluctant to leave the scenic lot they had grown to love. After deciding to keep the home, the clients called on Emily Summers Design Associates to re-envision the interior architecture and design. The objective was to create cohesive, fresh, and dynamic spaces for their extensive collection of modern art. Mesa Design Group joined the project to update the grounds and exterior living spaces resulting in a full landscape renovation.
