A young family bought their 1910 dream home at the start of the Covid pandemic. The moved in with virtually no furniture, and were perplexed as to how to modernize it without losing its arts & crafts character. Paul Hardy worked remotely for weeks planning, and then when the family went to their vacation property for a couple weeks, a team of trades socially distanced themselves to transform the house.
