Located high above Miami’s premier financial district, the JZ Apartment at Brickell Flatiron stands as a definitive masterclass in sophisticated space planning, high-contrast aesthetics, and turnkey interior architecture. Our studio completely re-engineered the interior layout of this luxury penthouse to establish an elegant, fluid connection between the primary living environments and the sweeping urban skyline. Shifting completely away from predictable high-rise decorating trends, the design relies heavily on bespoke millwork curation, custom cabinetry, and deeply texturized natural materials that add deep physical warmth to modern skyscraper living. Recognized as a 2025 SBID International Design Awards Finalist and shortlisted for the 2025 INT Interior Design Awards, the project has received global acclaim in Design Milk, ELLE Decor España, and Archilovers, among others. Featuring highly precise integrated lighting design and an uncompromising attention to detail, this residence achieves total spatial harmony, delivering an exquisite urban sky-sanctuary and absolute peace of mind for our clients.
