Primary Bathroom: Parisian Dream

Parisian Dream is a calming bathroom with a glamorous feel. The beautiful arched ceiling and over-scaled window overlooking the greenery framed this space and drove the narrative for the project. This highly-trafficked intimate space needed a calm spirit, and we added a luxurious touch. Our goal was to seduce all the senses. Plastered walls and the Perlanto creamy marble helped us achieve tranquility, while the Verde Levanto marble added a touch of glamour. The bespoke vanity was designed to look like a furniture piece detailed with brass accents and pulls. To carry the fluted design of the vanity, we played with the same detail on the marble wainscoting and the custom rug designed by HSD. The tub surround was not overlooked either, with its brass detail and fluted etching. The inset metallic wall behind the vanity also creates a lovely setting to get up in the morning and put on your best face to get ready and take on the day.

His Closet: Shaken not Stirred

Shaken not Stirred is a closet inspired by a guest room in the enigmatic El Fenn hotel in Marrakech. The vibe is dark, moody, and sexy, with a nod to sophistication. A lair fit for a worldly gentleman who is an art connoisseur. We designed this space not only to be a closet but a sanctuary for him to take a mindful moment out of his busy schedule. A saffron-colored bespoke rug was designed to elevate the dark and moody vibe of the space. The room was painted a beautiful shade of dark paint by Benjamin Moore called "Deep Caviar" from wall to ceiling to give depth beyond all four walls. A "Midnight" colored closet was chosen to blend it all in, and the crocodile embossed dresser was added for layer and texture. To tie everything in the deep brown velvet draperies with wool challis sheer add mystery and drama. And of course, a little bar corner to have the perfect " Shaken not Stirred" martini at the end of the day.
