Kips Bay Show House
Mixed Use by Juan Montoya Design in New York, NY
A show house is a great opportunity to showcase design. This oversized room required custom designed furniture to scale. The centerpieces are a 16 ft back-to-back sofa, a 12 ft stainless steel table and an antique 19th century Spanish chandelier. Throughout the room there are different focal points with contemporary art by artists such as Eva Hild, Sol Lewitt, Olga Amaral, Byong Hoon Choi, Saint Clair Cemin and Christopher LeBrun
