William McIntosh Design was enlisted to provide a complete architectural and landscaping renovation of a n 1980’s Mediterranean-style house into a handsome Italian Renaissance Revival home.

The smooth stucco exterior trimmed in lagos azul marble suggests the tailored use of materials throughout. From the wood planked ceiling in the double height entry to the plaster interior walls , a repeating palette of strong natural materials provides a quiet yet distinct background that unifies the spaces. Raising the roofline 30” allowed for first floor ceiling heights to rise a full full twelve and a half feet . Furnishings were selected for quality, style, and comfort. The Bar-Lounge Room adjoining the main Living Space offers a variety of seating and conversational arrangements, is a favorite place to get together for family and friends.
