Tennessee Farmhouse

Meyer Davis was commissioned to design this hunting camp and weekend retreat outside of Nashville, Tennessee to be a gathering place for family and friends. The architecture is grounded in the home's cross-shaped program, and a strong material backdrop of Tennessee fieldstone, chiseled limestone and Douglas fir. These modern elements are in dialogue with a striking contemporary art collection and a medley of distinctive furnishings that relate to one another like guests bantering at a quick-witted dinner party.
