Parc Monceau Residence

The residence, tucked away on a side street of Paris's illustrious eighth arrondisement, was designed around the refined and eclectic taste of the client’s family. The house itself, a stunning Haussmann-era hotel particulier, provides a setting in subtle contrast to the client’s extensive collection of modern Chinese art. The spaces are carefully curated to showcase these works of art — the material and color palette of each room takes cues from specific pieces. In order to mediate between the modern artworks and the rich Parisian home, custom furniture pieces were designed to highlight and create contrast between the two.
