An expansive rooftop terrace completes the duplex allowing for entertaining and family BBQ’s. The apartment serves as a pied a terre for an entrepreneur who in his hectic travel schedule dreamt about finding a real “home”. 2Michaels created a relaxed and warm environment incorporating 1940’s French furniture, an Edward Womely console, an onyx Harvey Probber side table and a rare arching floor lamp from the 1950’s. The color scheme was based on nature; Stone, earthenware, greenery, organic textures and hand woven carpets. Art works by Sam Samore, Angela Testa, Betsy Eby and Andrea Shapiro.
