Vacation Home by Studio Catoir in Tuscany, IT
Villa and olive oil farmstead by Grosseto . The project is located on a 12,5 h rural site, surrounded by 1200 newly planted and 500 old olive trees. The Fattoria enjoys breathtaking views over the hilled Tuscan countryside. The challenge of the project is compounded by an ecological approach to construction and materials and the strict local planning regulations.
