Sag Harbor

A beach house in Sag Harbor, New York. Winter McDermott created a minimal but warm and welcoming home for a family of five that spends as much of their summer on the water as they do indoors. There were two recurring themes: organic, beach-y materials that juxtaposed glamorous touches. White and gray proved to be a cohesive point against warm wood tones and shiny metals peppered throughout. The minimalist color palette draws the eye to the brilliant blue of the ocean views outside.
