Sunapee Cottage
Set along the water in New Hampshire, the Sunapee Cottage was designed as a calm retreat for a young family looking to create a home that felt both relaxed and enduring. Our goal was to bring together natural materials, vintage elements, and thoughtful details to create a space that feels layered, warm, and connected to its surroundings.
Throughout the home, we focused on materials that would age beautifully over time-stone, wood, linen, and unlacquered brass-while incorporating vintage pieces that add depth and character. The palette leans earthy and grounded, allowing the textures and craftsmanship of each element to take center stage. From the kitchen and baths to the quiet moments throughout the house, every space was designed to feel comfortable, timeless, and deeply personal to the family who lives there.
The result is a home that feels collected rather than decorated-a place where thoughtful design, natural materials, and everyday living come together in a way that feels both elevated and effortless.
