Positioned within Zaha Hadid’s landmark tower, One Thousand Museum, this 4,600-square-foot luxury residence stands as an editorially celebrated masterclass in wellness-centered interior design and complex spatial planning. Rather than competing with the building's massive structural exoskeleton, Nar Design Studio, led by Nicholas Gennari and Roberto Racy, engineered an organic interior architecture that balances raw concrete curves with soft European minimalism and high-end contemporary luxury. Tailored for an elite client with a deep passion for contemporary art and music, the open-plan overhaul completely reconfigures high-rise living by embedding precise acoustic performance controls directly into a fluid layout of solids, voids, and custom curvilinear elements. This design philosophy connects the SV Apartment directly to Nar Design Studio’s wider body of work — from the studio’s biophilic waterfront residential projects to the formally experimental, wellness-driven research presented during the 2025 Venice Architecture Biennale as part of the Time Space Existence exhibition. The project's technical precision and innovative execution earned it an array of premier global accolades, winning the SBID International Design Award for Residential Apartment Under 1M, the Luxe Red Award for Wow-Factor Room, German Design Awards 2023 for Interior Architecture, and the Iconic Award for Innovative Architecture, alongside Honorable Mentions from both the IDA Design Awards and the Paris Design Awards.
