Tai Tam

Perched above the turquoise waters of Tai Tam Bay, this six-story townhouse commands sweeping views of sea and verdant cliffs from every room. Having previously collaborated with the family on their Utah home, we began with an established trust and shared sensibility that guided the project from the outset. The process was intermittently paused due to COVID, with the family temporarily relocating to the U.S. during that time. We remained in close coordination with a local expatriate architect to ensure continuity on site, and the strength of our longstanding relationship made the experience feel seamless once work fully resumed.

The interiors are light in spirit and quietly confident—layered neutrals and aquatic blues reflecting the landscape beyond. Thoughtful silhouettes and tactile materials create a home that feels relaxed, refined, and deeply connected to its setting.
