This spacious triplex apartment on New York’s Upper West Side, the gut renovation of a choppy apartment that was originally a series of smaller artists’ studios, challenged our team to create a cohesive, elegant space for a family of five. The sophisticated, functional home also boasts a number of dramatic, playful architectural features including a curved glass, wood and metal staircase and sky-high dual climbing walls in the turret playroom. Meanwhile, the interiors reflect the young family’s modern, eclectic tastes.
