This four-bedroom home is the result of over twelve years of collaboration with our client, adding components as the family grew. The outcome is a combination of three apartments on two floors, merging pre-war tradition with a warm and modern tone. Light and air are added by opening up the kitchen and dining room with a new custom island while also restoring or recreating original pre-war architectural details. The cabinetry is custom-designed to utilize every last inch of storage space.
