Bronze Figural statue "The Winning Love" By Adolphe Itasse after a model
Located in New York, NY
An Exquisite bronze figural pairing of two putti with butterfly wings. One putti holds a bow, while his counterpart cowers behind him. A dynamic piece of fabric hovers over the grouping, showcasing expertly modeled drapery, embellishing the composition of the piece. The figural grouping and pose is base off of a painting by William-Adolphe Bouguereau (1925 - 1905), a french academic painter who created realistic genre paintings of modernized mythological scenes. Itasse studied under Belloc and Jacquot and exhibited at the Salon from 1864 to 1893. The artist worked on multiple public commissions for the Louvre (Retour de la Chasse), l Opera (Philidor, Puccini, Cambert), the Trocadero Palace (L Astronomie) and Hotel de Ville de Paris. He specialized in busts, portrait reliefs of contemporary personalities, also sculpting a number of genre and allegorical works, such as The Kiss, The Birth of Love, Astronomy and Science. Amongst other awards he won a medal at the 1875 Salon and an honorable mention at the Universal Exhibition of 1889. Artist: Adolphe Itasse...

Dance Within - Wear Only Sky
Located in Loveland, CO
Dance Within, Wear Only Sky by Denny Haskew Set of 2, Bronze with Stainless Steel, Figures dancing in rings, gold and silver representing yin/yang, masculine/feminine, sun/moon female: 20x18x11" ed/21 male: 22x19x12" ed/21 "Just as the ancients danced to call upon the spirits in nature, we too can dance to find the spirits within ourselves that have long been buried and forgotten." - Anna Halprin ABOUT THE ARTIST: Denny Haskew currently resides in Loveland, Colorado where he is actively engaged in the art industry as a sculptor. He received his degree from the University of Utah, then served two years in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Having spent numerous years as a guide and ski instructor, Denny has learned to love the rivers and mountains of the western states of Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Oregon, and Utah. After moving to Loveland, a hub of successful working sculptors, he wasted no time in getting monumental sculpture experience through working with renowned sculptors including Fritz White and Kent Ullberg N.A. Since 1987, Denny has created and placed dozens of monumental compositions; spanning the full spectrum of the figurative genre. As a member of the Potawatomi Citizen Nation, it is only natural for his artwork to follow the Native American culture. His art has not been limited to Native American and southwestern subjects, however, as he frequently explores abstract forms placing emphasis on the qualities of the metal and stone used. As a Charter member of the National Sculptors' Guild and being close to other sculptors and the Loveland area foundries has helped him to master all the foundry processes involved in producing a desirable and lasting monumental bronze sculpture. Over 50 major public placements include the Smithsonian Institution, DC.; the Gilcrease Museum, OK; Cerritos, CA; Little Rock, AR; the Shakopee Mdewakanton Dakota Sioux collection, MN, and the Barona Band of Mission Indians...

'Robin' A Modern British Bronze Bird Sculpture. Wildlife & Nature Sculpture
Located in Shrewsbury, Shropshire
'Robin' is a stunningly elegant Bronze sculpture. Richard Smith conveys so much character in such simple lines, exemplifying a truly wonderful talent. The fantastic richly detailed graduated Patina really adds to the depth of the work. Richard Smith works as a part-time sculptor and a part-time gamekeeper on an estate in Hertfordshire, England. On seeing his sculptures the viewer cannot deny Smith's knowledge and love of the animals he creates. Each piece he creates he pays homage to nature and wildlife. Richard J. Smith was born in Luton, Bedfordshire, UK in 1955. He studied illustration at Luton School of Art to a high standard and graduated with a diploma in Technical & Scientific Illustration. He was soon offered a job as a medical artist at the John Radcliffe teaching hospital in Oxford. In 1978 he was painting for galleries as a full time artist with his depictions of wildlife. He has gained an international reputation for his work and is best known for his superb paintings of fish and water. He has exhibited at prestigious galleries such as the Tryon Gallery and W. H. Patersons in London, The Sportsman's Edge Gallery in New York, The Call of Africa in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and the Everard Reed Gallery in Johannesburg, South Africa. "Honey Pot" - abstract sculpture - Barbara Hepworth
Located in Atlanta, GA
Susan Hable is inspired by the work of David Hockney, Milton Avery, Henri Matisse, Alex Katz, Howard Hodgkins, Hilma af Klint, Georgia O'Keeffe, Barbara Hepworth and Constantin Brâncuși. With humor and a bit of mischief, Susan Hable’s “Don't Pick The Flowers!” is a body of work that is at once a refuge and a playground. Inspired by her sumptuous garden just outside of her Athens studio, Susan flows from one medium to the next from painting to collage to sculpture. Susan sees her garden as a place for adventure and daydreaming, challenging her perceptions of what her Art can be. Even a weedy ground cover has caught Susan’s eye, an overlooked invasive is seen in a new light becoming a dreamlike fairytale path. Her work asks us to engage in life, go for a walk and play. Susan Hable Smith is the artist and designer behind the boldly colored and hand drawn patterns of Hable Construction...

Ramp Figure, Bronze Sculpture, Black color by Modern Indian Artist "In Stock"
Located in Kolkata, West Bengal
K.S. Radhakrishnan - Ramp Figure Bronze Sculpture H 12.75 x W 7 x D 6 inches K.S. Radhakrishnan working with Musui & Maiya, Musui potraits has a hand Rickshaw puller as is still prevalent in few parts of Bengal. The bronze figures are elfin, mischievous, airy, acrobatic, and archaic, delicately balancing on one hand or leg. He renders a sensuous quality to his works by deploying extraordinary body movements of his figures. Radhakrishnan is a distinctive and appealing presence on the modern Indian sculpture scene. He says: “For me bronze works best because it is strong, and brings out the character of my sculptures. Although it takes time, the process also becomes a part of my art form.” Style : K.S Radhakrishnan is one of the most notable among the new generation of sculptors. Like many of his contempories he is a figurative sculptor, but his preference for modelling and bronze casting sets him apart from the rest of them. Recharging age old sculptural processes with a new sensibility, thus is the singular challenge he brings to modern Indian sculpture. And this makes him a modernist - who approaches his work with discernible ambition and considerable aplomb while steering clear of brinkmanship. Radhakrishnan's works often drawn from the emotions and myths of the Hindu gods, such as Shiva, Kali and Radha. His sculptures are often larger than life-sized; placed in the outdoors, they evoke a superhuman atmosphere. Over the years, Radhakrishnan has experienced with alternate sculpting mediums, working in molten bronze, beeswax and Plaster of Paris. The physical process of working with the materials becomes a performance in itself. The sculpture is the product of a tactile engagement with his medium. With celebration of sensuality as one of its running themes, his works is at once both intimate and universal in its appeal. A personal commemorative sculpture, with a scale and presence that holds well in natural settings, his work has found permanent home in a number of public collections all over the world. About the Artist and his work : Born : Born 1956, Kerala.
