For Double Helix, 2021 Roberta Fineberg (RF) is inspired by abstract painting. The artist explores the concept of infinite possibilities. Alternating between the concrete and the abstract, RF selects a theme of the eternal feminine, a swimmer motif, repeated in the form of a mandala. The swimmer moves in and out of aqua-marine waters, with the artist reflecting on movement, space, time, rhythm, and color.
An archival pigment print mounted on dibond with a plexi face mount, Double Helix by Roberta Fineberg is contemporary 40” x 60” color photograph. The art is signed, dated, titled on verso (back of work) by the artist. Edition of 5. 2- a/p's.
