23 Karat Gold

Murano glass modernist lamps of handblown smoked glass and 23-Karat gold leafing layered together. The polyhedral elements give the lamps a soft dynamic, modernist feel.

The glass has been cast with three indented pear shapes on the underside which are filled with 23 karat gold leaf. The edge of the bowl is nicely detailed and has an incised signature.

The clear and grey “acciaio” spheres are connected with 23-karat gold infused rings of glass. These lamps have new shades and have been rewired for the US market.

Wood frame has a chamfered outside edge detail. 23-karat gold gilded detailing. Recessed mirror back.  

Also available are "Union Jack" paintings in 23 karat gold leaf and white oil paint and 23 karat gold leaf and navy oil paint.

Flag," 34 x 18 inches, is a Pop inspired flag painting, 23 karat gold leaf and oil, elegant and whimsical, also reminiscent of American folk art.
