Beautifully inlaid fruitwood 19th c Northern Italian cylinder desk with 3 drawers and slide.

It is profusely inlaid with brass decoration. Two adjustable shelves behind the double glass doors above.

This museum-worthy piece has a Tambour cylinder roll-top that opens as the main drawer is opened, a felt writing surface and a working brass drawer lock with original key.
