The firm introduced its first lamps in 1906. Frank Duffner and Oliver Spears Kimberly.

Very fine gilt bronze and slag glass hanging lamp attributed to Duffner and Kimberly. This firm made these types of lamps for a very short period in the early 1900s.

Duffner & Kimberly to those in the know was one of the finest makers of leaded glass table lamps at the turn of the century.

The shade is guaranteed to be made by the Duffner & Kimberly Co. ca.1910. They were Tiffany's chief competitor in these lamps.

Duffner & Kimberly was Tiffany Studios chief competition at the turn of the century, that is to say from the 19th to the 20th century.
