A 1st generation Eames Herman Miller DKR-2 wire Eiffel Tower chair. A truly iconic chair from the mid century modern era.

An excellent set of early production side chairs by Charles and Ray Eames in an uncommon blue color having fiberglass seats rising from zinc-plated architectural Eiffel Tower bases.

First generation Eames DKR-2 Eiffel Tower base side chair with the distinct splayed feet and the black base (which was only released in the early version).

Called the Eiffel tower chairs because of the wire base structure design, manufactured by the Herman Miller Furniture company and designed by Ray & Charles Eames.
