Robert Held Art Glass is one of the best-known art glass studios in Canada. Held created Canada's first glassblowing program at the Sheridan College School of Design in 1969.

They were manufactured in the 1980's by designer furniture company Nienkamper, and were made in Canada. They have a solid barrel rounded frame with Art Deco lines.
